Enjoy a peaceful tropical escape in Tamarindo at this private 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse tucked inside the quiet Los Sueños 2 community. Just a 10–15 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, surf, sunsets, and Tamarindo’s Thursday night market, this end-unit condo offers the perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and walkable convenience.

The space

This townhouse is designed for comfort, privacy, and easy Tamarindo living.

Upstairs, you’ll find two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, the home includes a comfortable living room, kitchen, laundry/office area, and air conditioning on the main floor.

The kitchen is equipped for simple meals at home, with a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, cookware, dishes, and basic kitchen essentials.

For remote work or longer stays, the condo includes a dedicated workspace with a large built-in desk and fiber-optic internet. The desk is spacious enough for two laptops, making it a practical setup for working while enjoying Tamarindo.

The front patio is a lovely spot for morning coffee, reading, or a casual dinner surrounded by tropical greenery. There is also an outdoor shower in a private area behind the condo — perfect after the beach or pool.

The neighbourhood

Los Sueños 2 is located on the quieter edge of Tamarindo, giving you a more peaceful place to stay while still being close to everything that makes the area so popular.

The beach, restaurants, cafés, shops, surf schools, nightlife, grocery options, and the Thursday night market are all within walking distance. Tamarindo is known for its beautiful sunsets, surfing, beach walks, restaurants, and laid-back Costa Rican charm.

House rules

No Smoking
No smoking is permitted inside the condo or anywhere within the complex. Smoking is only allowed outside the complex gates.

Toilet Paper / Plumbing
Please do not flush toilet paper or anything else down the toilets. This can clog the plumbing and may affect both toilets. Please place all toilet paper in the waste baskets provided.

Hot Water
The condo has an on-demand hot water system located in the cupboard under the bookshelf. If you do not have hot water, please check that the switch is turned on.

Keys & Safe
There is a spare condo and gate key in the safe. Please make sure the spare key is returned to the safe before you leave. You will have the only keys during your stay, so please be careful not to lock yourself out.

When using the safe, please check that the low-battery light is not on. If the batteries need replacing, fresh batteries can be purchased at any local grocery store.

Garbage & Recycling
Garbage and recycling bins are located outside the back entrance to the complex, on the left-hand side.

Air Conditioning
Please use the air conditioning only when you are in the bedroom(s), and keep bedroom and bathroom doors closed while it is running. For sleeping, we recommend setting the temperature to 25°C or higher.

Security & Lights
Please keep both doors locked and turn off all lights when you are not in the condo.

Check-Out
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire townhouse, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, kitchen, living area, laundry room, patio, and private outdoor shower area.

You’ll also have access to the shared outdoor saltwater pool, located just steps from the condo. Parking is available outside the complex gate.

Interaction with guests

All communication during your stay will be with the local property manager. Her direct contact information will be provided before arrival, and she will be available to assist with any questions or issues while you are at the condo.

Other things to note

Tamarindo is a tropical beach town, and occasional power, water, or internet interruptions can happen in the area. The condo has a reserve water tank to help reduce the impact of town water interruptions, but mindful water use is always appreciated.

There is a 32" smart TV available for guests to sign in to their own streaming accounts.

The home has screen doors at the front and back, so guests can enjoy the tropical breeze. Air conditioning is also available throughout the home for those who prefer to keep things cool.

Please note that, as is common in many parts of Costa Rica, toilet paper should not be flushed and must be placed in the provided bins.

This is a non-smoking condo and non-smoking complex. Smoking is only permitted outside the complex gates.

Thank you, everything was perfect. The only issue we experienced was that the upstairs sinks would clog while washing dishes or washing our hands. Other than that, the stay was wonderful — very peaceful and safe.

Tina’s place is great value! 10 min walk to the beach and within walking distance of a grocery store, pharmacy, and several restaurants. The pool is awesome and the ac was very strong!
