Outside, enjoy the pool, gardens, grill, a palapa for yoga and entertaining, and a cornhole court. The private casita offers an extra bedroom with AC, full bath, and workspace. Golf cart rental available.

The space

Casa Árbol offers the perfect blend of comfort and tropical living in the heart of Surfside Potrero. The main home includes two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and AC in every room—including the living/kitchen area. You’ll also find TVs in the living room and primary bedroom, plus Starlink WiFi covering the entire property.

Outside, enjoy a private pool surrounded by mature gardens, a shaded palapa ideal for yoga or relaxing, a grill for outdoor cooking, and a full cornhole setup. The property also includes a private casita with its own bedroom, AC, full bathroom, workspace, and Starlink WiFi.

Just a short walk to the beach, markets, and restaurants, Casa Árbol is the perfect base for a relaxing stay.

The neighbourhood

Located in Surfside, Playa Potrero, Casa Árbol is just minutes from cafés, restaurants, markets, and the beach. It’s a safe, friendly, walkable community perfect for families, couples, or remote workers. The area is also close to snorkeling, sailing, diving, and some of Guanacaste’s most beautiful beaches.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted indoors at any time.
Guests may smoke outside only, and must ensure that smoke does not drift into the house (keep doors and windows closed while smoking).
If any smoke odor is detected inside the home, an additional cleaning fee of up to $300 may be applied to restore the space for the next guest.

Guest access

Guests have full, private access to the entire property, including the main home, pool, gardens, outdoor dining areas, palapa, and the casita. Parking is available inside the property. Golf cart rental is available upon request for an additional fee.

Interaction with guests

We live right here in town, a few streets over. If you need anything, call or message us and we'll be right over!

Es una casa bonita y comoda con todo para pasar unas estancia muy buena todo limpio y en la casa hay todo lo necesario , siempre estaban al pendiente de cualquier tema muy amables , la casa esta muy bien tal y como se muestra en las fotos muy buen lugar para pasar las vacaciones con la familia

La casa está bien ubicada y la relación precio calidad es correcta! Nosotros tuvimos un viaje familiar con niños pequeños y disfrutamos mucho de tener una piscina privada además de de todas las comodidades para un viaje familiar. Tambien se agradece que dejen aceite, sal y condimentos. Así como dulces y palomitas para niños.

We loved this Airbnb. It was a great fit for our family and well stocked with everything you could need to cook. The oven didn’t reach the max temp but they quickly brought us a toaster oven in the interim. We loved the pool and the house felt secure. Lots of local dogs and cats visited which we were fond of. The house was really clean. We could walk to the beach and a few stores and enjoyed wandering around Potrero. Playa Minas was a fave nearby. Thanks to Anastasia and Peter for hosting us! We hope to be back again soon.

Anastasia made our trip amazing by always being quick to respond with recommendations for activities, food, beaches and anything I needed. She told us that we were their first guests in this house and I was shocked due to how professional and seasoned she seemed as a Host. The house was amazing for the price, and we will definitely be coming back next time I am in Playa Flamingo!
