The home includes a 2-bedroom main house and separate 2-bedroom casita, giving groups space and privacy. Walk to the beach, restaurants and shops, or rent our 4-person lithium golf cart to explore Potrero, Flamingo, Las Catalinas and nearby beaches.
Casa Árbol includes a 2-bedroom main home and a separate 2-bedroom casita. All four bedrooms have AC, a TV and access to high-speed Starlink WiFi. The main living room is also air-conditioned and has a TV.
The main home has a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and covered outdoor dining, one queen bedroom, and one bedroom that can be arranged as a king or two twins. The casita has two private bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom.
Outside, enjoy the private pool, tropical gardens, covered terraces, palapa, hammock, cornhole, gas grill and pellet smoker. The fully fenced and gated property has a security system and parking for three vehicles. Two spaces are covered, with a 110V outlet available for electric-vehicle charging.
Just a short walk to the beach, markets, and restaurants, Casa Árbol is the perfect base for a relaxing stay.
Located in Surfside, Playa Potrero, Casa Árbol is just minutes from cafés, restaurants, markets, and the beach. It’s a safe, friendly, walkable community perfect for families, couples, or remote workers. The area is also close to snorkeling, sailing, diving, and some of Guanacaste’s most beautiful beaches.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire gated property, including the 2-bedroom main home, 2-bedroom casita, four full bathrooms, private pool, gardens, palapa, terraces, outdoor dining areas, gas grill, pellet smoker and parking for three vehicles. Self check-in is available using a lockbox.
We live right here in town, a few streets over. If you need anything, call or message us and we'll be right over!
A 4-person lithium golf cart is available to rent for an additional fee.
One bedroom can be prepared as a king or two twins with advance notice. The home is within walking distance of Playa Potrero, restaurants, cafés, markets and shops. We can help arrange airport transportation, rental cars, excursions, private chefs, in-villa massages, pickleball activities and other concierge services.

April 2026La casa está bien ubicada y la relación precio calidad es correcta! Nosotros tuvimos un viaje familiar con niños pequeños y disfrutamos mucho de tener una piscina privada además de de todas las comodidades para un viaje familiar. Tambien se agradece que dejen aceite, sal y condimentos. Así como dulces y palomitas para niños.

March 2026We loved this Airbnb. It was a great fit for our family and well stocked with everything you could need to cook. The oven didn’t reach the max temp but they quickly brought us a toaster oven in the interim. We loved the pool and the house felt secure. Lots of local dogs and cats visited which we were fond of. The house was really clean. We could walk to the beach and a few stores and enjoyed wandering around Potrero. Playa Minas was a fave nearby. Thanks to Anastasia and Peter for hosting us! We hope to be back again soon.

March 2026Anastasia made our trip amazing by always being quick to respond with recommendations for activities, food, beaches and anything I needed. She told us that we were their first guests in this house and I was shocked due to how professional and seasoned she seemed as a Host. The house was amazing for the price, and we will definitely be coming back next time I am in Playa Flamingo!
